Legit, 19.4B contract with MSFT, purchasing large amounts of land for data centers. Good play below $130-135 but I think we're about to blow off the top for the earnings report coming end of the month which will likely have good news and crazy guidance off of the new deal. But after it "craters" from whatever new ATH it hits after earnings but even now below $130 is a steal IN MY OPINION

Steve Eisman says without the AI spend the US economy is growing 50 basis points this year, if you subtract out what meta, googl, msft, nvda, avgo, oracle, amazon other hyperscalers etc. expect to spend on AI this year

I just wish there was a way to get more direct exposure. MSFT and NVDA are so diversified that when the bubble bursts they might lose 20-30% of their stock value but they won't crater or go out of business. I want to short something that is gonna go to 0 when this pops.
