I'm scared as shit to go long there bc I feel like sustained under 400 will make people fear and sell it to 370-380. Is there good support? Why is 399-406 important? Is this just bc it bounced from 398 to 406 Friday?

Investors are scared that if OpenAI were to default on its $281 billion obligation (45% of the $625 billion total RPO) it would cause lots of damage. Reason why it's down over 15% YTD

Because durable, powerful companies like MSFT are literally still growing at 60% earnings a year. Even without multiple expansion and returning to old valuations just static multiples they're going to outperform crappy shitcos that can't even grow revenue. Think of it this way. A 30 PE company is suddenly 18 after one year of 60% earnings growth.

I can tell you all that lending is definitely going to mostly go to AI and mag companies will benefit. That's the beauty of unbelievably powerful companies like MSFT and GOOGL. They get the biggest slice of the growth pie.
