not lost. those tpus will be mostly used for interference i guess. there is room for both. i'm pretty sure meta will still buy a lot of gpus, especually for frontier ai research. and dont just focus on llms. ai is a much wider field.

Tpu are elite chips lol. And yea, anthropic deal is sale of physical tpu worth 25b over 3 years. Meta is rumored to be 60b over 3 years... HUGE win for avgo and Google. Meta also save about 30b a year aswell.

I know renting was always an option, but will they actual let the TPUs leave their own datacenters? IIRC there was something similar called Coral TPUs but they were temu quality competitor. Might be worth safeguarding proprietary design but striking a deal with Meta would be big bucks.

Nvidia gives Google or meta or Anthropic or whatever tens of billions of dollars which pumps their stocks which they in turn spend on nvidia chips and $NVDA continues to moon to infinity. Capex is a problem, but it’s still a money printer and the cheapest of the mag 7. If Google wasn’t a machine, I’d rotate some of that into meta. But rn, I’d rather wait to have some cash before buying it up. It’s definitely on my list however.

It's so difficult to get a straight answer about meta. Is this a good company? I see conflicting things. Some people say it's going up some way it's gonna crash. I don't know wtf to believe. Will the stock go back to pre earning levels? Is anyone holding this company and they feel it will go back up? I recently bought it and I'm thinking maybe it was a mistake. Even searching Google I put in the search is meta a good company to buy and I get conflicting answers.

Is meta a good stock to own? I am having trouble finding an answer online. I see the average price target is 840. Is it possible that it will go back to the pre earnings price within a year? Was today just a dead cat bounce? Any chance of it hitting 650 this year?

I think long term meta is a strong buy right now. I refuse to believe they will fuck it up long term. They’ll slowly recover and if they strike gold once with their dumb investments that shit will be NVDA 3.0
