A 30% expense reduction could drive up to $6-6.5bn in savings, equivalent to roughly $2 of EPS uplift that could get Meta's EPS to ~$32/share. For the rest of the business, I estimate 2025 total expenses of ~$97bn. A 10% reduction could represent an additional ~$10bn in savings, but I would assume that these cost discussions are part of usual planning exercises and will be reallocated for data center and AI spend. $32/share x a conservative 25x market multiple = Meta at $800/share
