They thought the Charmander was low on funds and wanted to collect its taxes. But in reality Charmander is stinking rich, Celadon City casino was just holding all its funds temporarily from Charmander's day job gambling behind the casino dumpsters. In fact, Charmander was actually rich because of 0dte on Ultra Ball derivatives. With all the proceeds after, charmander, bought all the rare candies on the market, and then leveled up to 100. You can see this in the chart. It starts off with the tail. Then you can see the belly. And now we have a fully formed Black Charizard, the fear of every male when you talk about exs. And because of this, Charmander Is back for revenge against the magnemites. Steel is weak against steel, so it's gonna get vaporized.
