Look, I’m only going to say this once before the Feb 25th earnings report makes me look like a fucking genius. While you guys are busy losing your shirts on "AI-adjacent" trash that doesn't even have a revenue stream, Wolters Kluwer (WKL) is sitting in the corner at a 40% discount because the market is literally retarded. Institutions are dumping this like it’s a burning building because they think "Agentic AI" is going to kill professional data services. It’s the same dumbass "Google is dead" trade from 2024. Listen to me: A neurosurgeon or a Big Law partner isn’t going to ask a free chatbot for advice that could cost them their license. They use WKL because they own the actual verified data. WKL isn't being disrupted; they just launched their own AI "Libra" across Europe and it’s basically a monopoly on legal accuracy. The stock is trading at a P/E of 12. For a company that grows every year and is currently doing a massive share buyback? That’s fucking criminal. They’ve been buying back millions of shares this month alone at prices way higher than this. They are literally betting on themselves while the paper-handed boomers flee. The best part? The options are priced for a funeral. Usually, when a stock craters 30% in a month, IV (Implied Volatility) goes through the roof and makes calls expensive. But because this is a "boring" Dutch stock, the IV is still dirt cheap. You’re getting a coiled spring for pennies. When they beat earnings on the 25th and tell the world that AI is actually *pumping* their margins, the IV crush is going to work in reverse and send these calls to the fucking moon. I’m balls deep in shares and June calls. If this isn't back to €90 by the time I'm sunburned in July, I’ll tattoo the logo on my left nut. Buy the blood or stay poor. **Positions:** * 1,200 shares @ €61.20 * WKL 6/20 €75C

Some will do that yes. But this law also makes volatility increasingly risky. You only have to look at Bitcoin. If that drop happened, then you had been taxed for years while it grew, and now that money you paid tax on is gone (until you claw it back again with gains). Personally, I will likely stop investing, unless I move, as the risk of investing (even world ETF's) is not worth it anymore for me. This will also drive up real estate prices even more, as they got exemptions, so they only pay tax on realization.

Our ‘2e kamer’. And before you say ‘what about ‘1e kamer’, they just look if its doable and make minor tweaks before accepting the law. Yes some details might change but ur delusional to think it will amount to any meaningfull change.

Literally sex offenders that murdered people out on the street, doing it over and over again. No wonder the bozos were surprised about how federal (and most) law works when the black trash bags came out to throw dead criminals in. I literally watched a 6'4" felon curb stomp a 4' tall woman until she was hospitalized (on our CCTV) and i'm pretty sure he only got 3 years, too. When he came in my lobby he all of a sudden didn't feel safe. He wasn't. If this was Indiana, he would have defied gravity real fast. Instead I have to pre-emptively plan an ambush against me with scissors and garbage, sitting there smiling at a violent felon because... I apparently can't commit crime with legally bought guns so I need another license? Doesn't make sense, which is probably why a lot of people voted for 🥭. 🥭 shut down the gun violence propaganda center literally day 1. Lots more to go, but we are hoping for legalization in Chicago soon!

So wait, the LBS does its review under the foreshadowing of Powell, revised their job growth down by a god damn half, makes a blatant disparity between the consumer income and economic situation and therefore the real and financial market apparent, erodes further trust in official statistics and law positivity security which in turn makes the bond market sweat in the neck so much that it runs down all the way to his hands where a mixture of bespoke sweat with the greasy bond people makes this whole puppet show slip from his hands like a marionette? And it only goes down 1,5%?!

When George Washington served as president (1790–1797), the capital was temporarily located in Philadelphia. Pennsylvania had a law that said: - If enslaved people were brought into the state - And stayed more than 6 months - They could legally claim their freedom So what did Washington do? He rotated the enslaved people he brought from Mount Vernon back to Virginia before they hit the 6-month mark, effectively preventing them from qualifying for freedom under Pennsylvania law. It was a legal workaround.

Violent crime is about 4%. “Crime” is too vague. Some of these people followed the law via the asylum process, had jobs and court hearings on a pathway to citizenship, then with a stroke of this administrations pen are retroactively denied asylum and then charged with a “crime” of coming over the border, which is fake, but it’s a felony. Being charged with a crime also means you get a court case and have a right to a speedy trial. You know, 4th amendment stuff. That applies to non citizens too.
