a lot of states legalized weed at a time when it was not legal in Federal law. and the Feds turned a blind eye. in some of those states (California) weed seems to be LESS regulated than any prescription drug. but if weed becomes a Schedule III drug and the Feds start paying attention, it might become MORE regulated than it is now in those permissive states.

JUST IN: President Trump is reportedly considering making ALL gambling winnings completely tax-free in the United States. If this becomes law, every jackpot, poker pot, sports bet payout, and lottery prize—no matter how big—would go straight into winners’ pockets with zero federal tax withheld How about no tax on stock market

Who'd have throught in 2025 that the worlds two biggest nuclear powers would have been run by organised crime?  Not a conspiracy theorist but the possibility that there is some kind of SPECTRE like org out there controlling both governments plus all the drug routes and crypto world can't be discounted. No wonder they all hate the law abiding and rule heavy EU.

Under President Biden, a Registered Nurse (RN) was required to be on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at nursing homes. As of December 2, 2025, that law has now been repealed by realDonaldTrump and SecKennedy. So much for caring about our elderly."

It's not. Depends on countries' personal data protection law, but in some, releasing information about personal data leaks can't be delayed once discovered, or the company can be facing additional charges. And Korea now has a strong policy on personnal data protection. So no, it's not "totally legal" if they delayed releasing the news.

Hi! WSB veteran here; been around since Robinhood turned off the buy button on GameStop, since the gay bears invaded the stock market during COVID before getting ripped to shreds by JPOW 0% interest policy, and subsequent inflation. I watched Guh happen live (RIP APPL). Turned 750 into ~~45K~~, 31K lost it all with the covid bears, and went to Law school. Now I'm graduating, taking the BAR this summer, and probably going to be filing bankruptcy claims for half of you. Never change, you monkeys Got me through some rough times in my life!
