SCROTUS said one specific way he was doing tarfs, using one specific law, was unconstitutional. There are at least 3 other laws on the books he has been using or can use for other tarfs. Those laws have more limitations though, like how much, and in what situations, and for how long he can have tarfs.

It's the maximum he is allowed under law. It's way less than the reciprocal tariffs be had on most countries. All of those are gone if they were over 15%. Some industry specific tariffs can stay for now, but most of those will likely be rendered invalid by the courts. Tariffs just went way, way down and he is powerless to raise them above 15%
