Gas itself is unlikely to be affected until infrastructure is built. Venezuelan oil is “heavy” and requires much more refinement to become gasoline than oil from the mid east or permian basin. IMO Any moves now are based on speculation and not actual supply.

I think MP is the only true player, but Lithium Americas is good too.
