Friday felt like a dead cat. Does anyone else just get that feeling? Sure Thursday could have been a bit of a over reaction, but I honestly don't see a bright future for software when a free and open source ai can vibe code free versions of stuff. Especially since shitty vibe coding is about as good as most software currently (looking at you windows) + most software is American and basically every country is trying to De-americanize their stuff. Imagine how much money is in the "next" YouTube or Facebook

I’ve had wild amounts refunded. Titleist pro V1s, 8kg cat food bags, trunk protector, list goes on. As long as you have a legit inconvenience and are a member and don’t abuse too much, it’s insane. They often give money back and you keep the item. And I go on about the inconvenience of using my daytime to contact them for a bit and they throw in 10 and 20 dollar credits on top of that. Shoddy packaging? Driver didn’t call? Just want to return the item but it’s large? They don’t give a fuck they throw money if you’re a member and have some subscribe and saves. I think with AWS they don’t even care about the legacy business anymore. Also I moved my entire family, parents, parents in laws photos into Amazon photos which is included with prime. Unlimited photo storage. You pay more than prime membership to get fixed amounts from other cloud services like iCloud or google, it’s insane we’re almost at 3tb purely photos
