Why small caps dieing since last week, Same bearshit?

So legit is this the end of the bull market? It feels like everything has been pumped dry to the fucking bone , selling pressure is sky high, nothing keeps it's gains except very few companies. Spy volatility is fucking disgusting doing 1% intraday moves and small caps having +/- 30% week after week

HYG is at October 10 lows but SPY is 5% higher. Percent of all stocks above 50 day SMA is near 7 month lows going back to the April crash but index price has been carried by the 7 mega caps. This is an almost unprecedented divergence. Literally everything is bleeding or dead. We are going to have a sizable correction starting this month, I can say that will almost full certainty. Whether it turns into a bear market or just a regular correction is TBD, but Mag7 will lead the way down.

PLTR revenue for 2025 expected to be 4.4 billion. Market caps is about $500 billion. People will buy based on earnings beat. Those people will be paying 113x the amount the company earns in sales. Will it go up Tuesday and beyond? Maybe, probably. If anyone else saw this play out in the 90’s, you know eventually where it ends up.

Believe it or not, bearish because yields going up from imbalanced budget getting worse greater than equities pumping. Valuation is already bullish af for tech, and tech is holding up market. A rally in small caps isn't going to push the market needle. Also, just because supreme court looks at current tariff methodology badly doesn't mean 🥭 is giving up on tariffs altogether. He'll just slap it on using a different excuse, which gives uncertainty on who is going to get bonked. Markets hate that shit, along with fed internal division on forward policy, which is happening right now

We’ve got 3T/4T mega caps swinging like penny stocks (MSFT, META). MSFT went from 550 to 515 in 3 days. There’s no way every hedge at the same decided to dump that many shares. wtf is going on

I feel small caps and mid caps didn't really get to go up in recent weeks because of all the turmoil, even went down a bit

Equal weight spy was actually down this week, it's been a couple tech mega caps holding the index up and they can't grow at ER hype rates forever.
