They don't get satellites in the air in 2025 as planned. They don't launch until late 2026, delaying their production and slowing down their first mover advantage. SpaceX doesn't want to launch their satellites (anti competitive but who cares in today's USA) SpaceX implements a plan first and yoinks some of the potential market.
