I thought they diverted emergency funds or T said his lawyers said that they need to chill out on that part since it might be legal or some shit. Either way, seemed pretty obvious to me that either the shutdown was going to end or they were going to definitely not cancel SNAP and it was more like a baseless threat. People not starving is the only thing preventing a bunch of rich and powerful from people getting mobbed on.
