If you want free money, Just buy SLV futures when it drops 4-5% next time and sell it as soon as it rebound 1-2%. Apply the same approach to GLD after a 2% decline. It works every time

Silver is volatile as shit. It's current run-up mirrors the October run-up and crash. However, the market rarely repeats things in the same way. A lot of retail investors update their ports and rebalance during the holidays. I suspect that there will be a bunch of people adding SLV to their port because of FOMO. Whether that counteracts those already holding SLV and selling to rebalance remains to be seen.

Looking for community input: I bought a shit ton of 1 week-to-expiration out of the money SLV puts at close today. First, am I a regard, why or why not? Second, why does every trade I make have to be contrarian. I made great money on 0DTE SPY calls today, and I proceeded to take the profits and instantly stuff it into a contrarian trade.
