Not if the puts are long dated. It's ammortized. You can do the math yourself but the income from selling atm puts and calls will more than pay for any puts over the course of a month especially on something with RDDT IV running weeklies. I like my puts to be 6+ months out around 10-20% otm. Whatever keeps me the most neutral

RDDT has to crash more than 8% for me to lose money... otherwise it's free. If it goes up, I pocket 8%. Risk adjusted seemed alright. But now I'm looking at it - I'm scared to try
