Putting everything into spy, qqq, ex-usa world broad index, maybe broad index value, maybe gold at most, is the only way to consistently grow your money. And sadly you are lucky to get more than 10% on any given year. That's decent but will never make you rich. Can however double your savings over decades. And if you're lucky housing will only go up 50% over that time!
