They are trying to scale up. The dilution is them trying to swap retail for institutional investors. There is no warrant overhang for this new dilution. That means the funds which put in 150 mil will only profit if POET goes above 7.25$. Thats a lot of investment to make in this tiny company. I am highly bullish. I own 17$ jan27 calls.
