Well, the FOMC decision and discussion also wasn't anything to inspire a huge rally. Inflation too high, but unemployment rising, so we're still on a knife edge about future increase/decrease in rates. And in any case we don't have another near term cut to look forward to. So it feels like there's more risk to the downside, which ORCL only magnifies.
