the earnings from NVDA cannot be understated on how much they smashed the print. However, I'm not sure how this helps the initial AI worries the market had going into this. Don't think the question was ever if there is still demand for chips and compute, but rather how the model works for the price paid for these chips compared to what it can generate. We already knew the chip sales would crush seeing the capex spend from the hyperscalers but is this enough to stop the bleeding which seemed to be driven by other factors?
