Yeah for that makes sense. Nvda another good example, was priced for 100% revenue growth and did it. Like if you look at their last 12Qs of PE it spikes as investors speculate to like nearly 600 and is now back in the 80s. Are the numbers huge and wild? Yep. But they make sense. Apple on the other hand is seeing PE expansion while juicing EPS on buyback. So not saying these.megacaps shouldn't grow. Im saying I think there's a disconnect in the numbers and I think it's because what we interact with dont seem big. Apple goes up 5%, seems.modest, share goes up 8$, nothing crazy. But then you go thats 200B on like 4B q/q profit growth on top of the 800B y/y for 18B additional profit. And we go will they make more in the future? Yeah probably keep modestly growing between 3-4% so how are we justifying the expansion of multiples when for about 3 years we can see that level of growth just isnt there. And its weird because there is nothing wrong with Apple, its not at risk, its not shrinking, it just isnt really growing which is what you expect of mature companies. Yet in the last year investors paid 34$ for every future additional dollar made. I would add i think options play a big role as they rise in market dominance, since they tend to only be at dollar and half dollar tranches which then start to make these moves forced to be bigger. Again not crazy on most companies but insane on megacaps.

Yeah cool but that was the bottom for everything so you could have made about 10,000% more if you'd bough APLD or NBIS or GOOG or NVDA or AMD or TEM

It was 2018 -4% while Fed was hiking. And again 2022 -18% while Fed was hiking. We've never had a crash when credit was loose and Fed was cutting before a recession.

Bought back NVDA at 203.5 and 204; we're gonna see 210 again.
