The first MSTR bonds I could find were due Dec. 15, 2025, so either those holders let MSTR issue new warrants, or pay back the holders in $. Seems like that offering was $650M, so each month (assuming MSTR was doing a monthly bond sale since the Dec 11,2020 press release) that means MSTR has reached a position where it has more bonds that come due every month. Like I said, they could just be rolling the bonds for some people, but surely not everyone wants to do that. This first bonds were convertible to stock at a price of $397.99. Now I only went to a State College, but that sure looks like MSTR is going to be experiencing building financial pressure every single month from here on out. They can probably cover for some number of months, but even one forced BTC liquidation event is going to wreck their collateral. Unless they are just money-laundering and the bond holders are fine with taking huge losses? Maybe they start buying Trumpcoin or whatever to try and get political protection.

I sold mstr puts last year that woulda made me rich. I blame you all for talking me out of it. Saylor is gonna be begging for break even this week.
