Everywhere i turn there are shitty "take out a loan and pay on your terms" ads. Focking depressing. And they are trying to frame the economy as doing well with record consumer spending. How fucking stupid is this market. The attempts to prop and barcode will continue this week but I hope they fail. Clown world.

I think its a fair take, Ive mostly been exposed to like 5kish farms in Wisconsin. Idk how they fair in the production scale. I know they dont replace yearly but they all run deere. Maybe they need to do a low interest loan program on used equipment and double dip on the sales. Turn into a bit of a finance company.

> 1998 Higher Education Amendments: This critical amendment eliminated the seven-year waiting period entirely, making federal student loans non-dischargeable throughout the entire loan period unless undue hardship was proven. This was signed into law by President Bill Clinton. > 2005 Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA): This act extended the "undue hardship" standard to include nearly all private student loans, making them just as difficult to discharge as federal loans. This was signed into law by President George W. Bush. Then-Senator Joe Biden was a prominent supporter of the 2005 bill, though the bill had broad, bipartisan support. Both parties created this problem.

Not sure exactly when Saylor will have to do "forced selling" of BTC, but one thing's for damn sure...Dude can't be the knight in shining armor anymore by buying the dip in BTC (and artificially propping the price up). There's no way MSTR can raise any additional capital, and you'd have to be a tard to loan them any money.

Typical 🌽 collateral loans typically run around 50% LTV - Loan to Value. You can borrow half of whatever 🌽's price is at the time. Margin calls hit around 75% LTV. Dudes that had more leveraged loans or got them at $120k last month probably started getting calls yesterday. Dudes that got loans within the last 5 months (above $110k) will hit margin call danger at $82k. The ass might just fall out of crypto DeFi. Up to $20b in collateral loans could start going shitty if crypto bros can't pony up to cover margin. No margin cover means collateral 🌽 liquidation, liquidation means lower 🌽 prices, lower prices means safer brackets of 🌽 loans get margin calls, and so on. Legend-tier Thanksgiving coming up
