In addition to the illegal knockoff GLP-1s, they are also falsely advertising them as the same as $LLY and $NVO variants, when their knockoff are not as effective or safe as they do not meet the same standards. $HIMS entire rebuttal is "we add vitamins" (to $LLY and $NVO formula). Their compounding days are coming to an end fast and they might owe restitution to $LLY and $NVO for GLP-1 drugs compounded and sold under false pretenses.
