Nadella is anything but regarded as soon as Sam Altman started making deals with MSFT direct competitor years ago he had engineers and scientists copy and past OpenAi's source code and started building its own AI with openAI forced to give them whatever improvements it thought of. once the divorce is finalized, MSFT beast would be unleashed and now it will become a three way battle between OpenAI, GOOG and MSFT. Not to mention a MSFT divorce pre openAI IPO would be devastating as investors won't have the confidence of Sam Altman without his pimp MSFT funding his ideas.
