In software development the impact Claude has brought about is undeniable. Now, is it worth the price? IMO yes - it accelerates coding quite a bit, even with mistakes, you just fix them and you're good. I could code without it but it makes no sense to not use it if my corpo pays for it. Coding is like 30% of my work though so the performance gain is not crazy, just decent. For stuff outside coding I don't need or care to use ai pretty much at all.
