The difference between these notes and lets say $OPEN notes is that they're almost immediately going to be put to use for CapX / revenue expansion. They give a company leverage to grow revenue even faster OPEN notes weren't used to increase revenue and that's why they are bad

Well, I had my first red day in a few weeks today... my biggest loss came from attempting to panic double down on my cifr calls, but instead of buying, i accedently sold them for the price i wanted to buy... then it started going up, so I had to chase my way back in. That was fun
