Disruptive, no moat, first hit product (cars, ChatGPT) is a loss leader that's designed to acquire users for the ecosystem that they're going to build, and they're relying on moving faster than everyone else to build that ecosystem Tesla in 2021 actually looked like it poised for a breakthrough. But then, they hit a brick wall vs China EV's who has cheap batteries. OpenAI will hit that wall vs Google and other hyperscalers who has cheap compute.
