you cant save your way into a multi millionaire. Taking risk and start a business has lot more uncapped upside for a fixed down side. Especially if you do service base business so you are only risk your time instead of money. If saving on rent/food is your biggest revenue driver per unit effort invested. Then you are probably not taking enough risk upping job skill or starting business.
