Not a gigantic gain on this trade, but my personal favorite of the month.
I could have chosen a way better entry for this bearish trade if I had waited just a day longer. Hopped on on this INTC put after it pumped a ridiculous amount due to rumors of future partnership with AAPL. My justification was that sentiment based pumps usually fail to hold, especially if it's Intel. The first day or two was a little disheartening, but it didn't go too deep in the red since the option had about 3 months left. Because the theta was negligible I decided to hold on to it for a few weeks. Soon enough, the reversal happened and the position gradually slipped into green territory. The exit spot couldn't be more perfect though. About 3:30 pm on Wednesday when bearish ai sentiment was in full swing. Looks like the bearish trend reverses right after my exit (except for a wick below 36 the next day).
